About PAGAN IRELAND

Where ancient wisdom meets modern mysticism. Founded in 2021, our quarterly subscription-based magazine fills a long-standing gap in the Irish Pagan Community, being the first all colour Pagan magazine in Ireland. Dive into a world of Pagan Articles, Irish Paganism for beginners and the experienced too, and explore of Wicca Paganism, Witchcraft Druidism/Druidry and Shamanism. Delve into the rich tapestry of Celtic Polytheism, Pagan gods and goddesses, and the History of Paganism in Ireland.


From Modern Paganism to ancient Pagan Spirituality, each issue celebrates our heritage and traditions. Printed on 100% recycled paper in the Republic of Ireland, PAGAN IRELAND is committed to sustainability.


Submissions

We have an open submissions policy, articles must be relevant to Ireland in some way and be no more than 2000 words. We also accept artwork and  photography for the cover and inside features. We also accept Pagan/nature poetry and book reviews. We are currently unable to pay contributors, except for the front cover artwork although we provide free copies for accepted submissions. We aim to reply to all those who submit content. Closing date: 3 weeks before publication. Submissions policy is here


Editorial Policy

We aim to represent all people within the Irish Pagan Community and its diaspora. PAGAN IRELAND is non-aligned with any organisations and will attempt to remain impartial. We do not accept political articles or any submissions that are discriminatory or hateful. The Editor and Editorial Advisory Team reserve the right to reject any submission without explanation.


Ethical Policy

We accept a limited number of relevant advertisements from ethical companies. The magazine is printed on 100% recycled paper as we aim to minimise our ecological footprint. We aim to be fair in our treatment of all people and no hateful, bullying or discriminatory behaviour is accepted.
